感谢您使用 汽车DSP调音助手（以下简称"本 App"）。我们高度重视您的隐私。本政策说明本 App 在使用过程中会接触到哪些数据、如何处理这些数据，以及您拥有哪些权利。

一句话总结：本 App 不收集、不上传、不存储任何用户个人数据；麦克风采集到的声音仅在您的设备本地用于实时延时测量计算，计算完成后立即释放，不写入磁盘，不联网传输。

1. 我们处理哪些信息

1.1 麦克风音频（实时处理，不保存）

当您使用"系统延时校准""单喇叭延时校准""声压测试""相位测量"等功能时，本 App 会通过系统标准接口请求麦克风权限并实时采集 PCM 音频流，用于以下本地计算：

音频缓冲区仅在内存中存在，计算完成后即被释放，不会被写入设备存储、不会被打包上传、不会被任何第三方接收。

1.2 您主动建立的硬件配置（仅保存在本机）

为方便您再次使用，本 App 会将您手动设置的硬件配置预设（如：主动/被动系统、分频方式、喇叭布局、温度参数等）保存到 iOS 应用沙盒。这些数据：

您可以随时在「iOS 设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 麦克风」中关闭本 App 的麦克风授权，但关闭后将无法使用所有测量类功能。

本 App 不会与任何第三方共享、出售或交换您的任何信息，因为本 App 本身就不收集这些信息。在以下情况下我们也不会"被迫共享"：

Thank you for using 汽车DSP调音助手 (CAR DSP Tuning Assistant) ("the App"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the App handles, how it is processed, and your rights.

TL;DR: The App does NOT collect, upload, or store any personal data. Audio captured via the microphone is processed only locally on your device for real-time delay measurement; buffers are released immediately after calculation and are never written to disk or transmitted over the network.

1. Information We Process

Microphone audio (real-time, not stored): When you use measurement features (system delay calibration, per-speaker calibration, SPL test, polarity detection), the App captures PCM audio via the standard iOS API for on-device calculations only (cross-correlation impulse response, sub-sample interpolation, SPL, phase). Buffers exist only in memory and are released after processing.

Hardware presets (local only): Configurations you manually create (system type, crossover, speaker layout, temperature) are saved in the iOS app sandbox and never uploaded.

What we do NOT collect: name, phone, email, device ID, IDFA, location, analytics, ads, push notifications, account login.

2. Permissions

Microphone (required): Used only during measurements. You may revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT share, sell, or exchange any data with third parties — the App has no backend, no third-party SDKs, and therefore no data to share.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ but is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

5. Changes to This Policy

We will update this page and revise the "Effective date" if the policy changes materially. Major updates will also be noted in the App Store release notes.
